How SureSmile Works

If we determine that you’re a good candidate for SureSmile, then our dentists will create your custom treatment plan and take impressions of your teeth. When your aligners arrive at our office, you’ll come back in so we can show you how to put them on, how to take them off, and how to clean them. Every six weeks or so, we’ll take new scans of your teeth to ensure they are moving properly. In the meantime, wear your trays for 20-22 hours a day and switch to each new set as directed.

Then, every 6-8 weeks, you’ll come to our office so we can make sure your teeth are moving as anticipated. If they are, then your visit will likely be less than 20 minutes!

Another benefit of SureSmile: you don’t need to buy any special oral hygiene products. Just remove your aligners, rinse them with clean, cool water, and place them in their designated case. Then, you can proceed with your usual dental care regimen!

The Average Treatment Time Is Shorter

Although there are several factors that play a role in the length of your teeth-straightening journey, including how severe your case of misalignment is, there’s a good chance that SureSmile will get you the desired results faster.
